Jeannie joins Elevate Aviation Group (EAG) as Vice President of Human Resources, supporting Private Jet Services, Elevate Jet, Keystone Aviation, and Elevate MRO. Prior to joining Elevate, Jeannie served as the Senior HR Business Partner to a national leader in Landscape Maintenance and Design where she partnered with executive leadership to support workforce optimization and growth strategies.  Jeannie brings over 20 years of experience in the service, travel, hospitality and private aviation to EAG. Her professional career was largely developed from ten years with NetJets serving as an In-Flight Service Representative, Executive Admin to the Director of Maintenance and the Head of Human Resource for the NetJets International division prior to the company's consolidation efforts in 2010.

Jeannie is an Alumni of Otterbein University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communications.  She resides in New Albany, Ohio.
